Reading party newspapers, cadres, party members and the masses have a deeper belief in the Party's guidelines, policies and resolutions. Many party cells far from the center do not have the conditions to receive newspapers in time, so the information in the newspaper reaches the readers late. Some party cells do not know how to use newspapers effectively.
