(Baonghean) - Born into a farming family, Thai ethnic group in Din Danh village, Chau Thon commune, Que Phong district. Being hard-working and educated by his family, Nong Hai Duy has always been diligent in studying, obedient and polite since his years at Chau Thon Primary School. Every school year, he has been an excellent student of the school. In secondary school, Nong Hai Duy studied well in all subjects, especially in social sciences. In the 2007-2008 school year, he was an excellent student of the district in History, grade 9.

In high school, I was admitted to the district's Ethnic Minority High School. I studied very hard and was also an example of collective living and boarding school regulations. Nong Hai Duy was elected by the Ho Chi Minh Junior High School Youth Union Congress as Deputy Secretary of the School Youth Union. During the "Youth Month" in 2011 and the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, I was honored by the School and District Youth Union as an outstanding member to attend the Provincial Congress. In the provincial excellent student exam in the 2010-2011 school year, Nong Hai Duy won first prize in History and third prize in Geography. Then in the 2011 university entrance exam, I passed the C block, entering the National Academy of Public Administration with 23 points.

On August 31, 2011, at the ceremony to commend and reward students with outstanding achievements of the district organized by the District Association for Promotion of Education, Nong Hai Duy was honored to receive two noble awards: Provincial Excellent Student and High Score in University Entrance Exam. On September 10, 2011, at the National Academy of Public Administration, Nong Hai Duy was awarded the title "Hoa trang nguyen" in 2011 by the Ministry of Education and Training.

This is a special honor not only for myself, my family, my school but also for the whole Que district.
