The Provincial Fatherland Front reviews its mid-term activities.

(Baonghean)On the afternoon of October 18th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province held a conference to evaluate the results of the mid-term inspection and self-inspection of Fatherland Front work (2008-2013 term).

Over the past period, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels has closely followed local political tasks; successfully organized and implemented campaigns such as: "All people unite to build a cultured life in residential areas," "building new rural areas," and "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods," achieving good results. The work of participating in building the Party and the government has been given due attention by the Fatherland Front at all levels, in accordance with its position, role, functions, and responsibilities.

The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee also guided grassroots fronts in organizing the commemoration of the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2011); planning the organization of the "National Unity Day in residential areas"; planning the preliminary review of the 3-year implementation of Directive 06 of the Prime Minister; and meeting with outstanding individuals in the movement: "Doing many good deeds by influential people among ethnic minorities in Nghe An province".
