Nghe An Radio and Television Station celebrates 55 years of broadcasting, 35 years of television and receives the Third Class Independence Medal

(Baonghean) -This morning, September 13, in Vinh city, Nghe An Radio and Television Station solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate 55 years of radio broadcasting, 35 years of television broadcasting and receive the Third Class Independence Medal.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Tran Binh Minh - Member of the Party Central Committee, General Director of Vietnam Television; Thoong Vanh - Deputy General Director of Lao National Television; Meritorious Artist Chu Hoa - Deputy Director of the Department of Radio and Television - Ministry of Information and Communications.

On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of provincial departments, branches, sectors, and radio and television stations of other provinces.

Comrade Tran Duy Ngoan - Party Secretary - Director, Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Radio and Television Station read a speech to commemorate the 55th anniversary of radio broadcasting and 35 years of television broadcasting in Nghe An.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Phan Dinh Trac warmly commended the outstanding achievements and highly appreciated the tireless efforts of generations of visual and radio journalists in the province for the development of the industry and their positive contribution to the socio-economic development of Nghe An province. He also noted that the station's reporters and staff need to continue to promote tradition, solidarity, creativity, strive to make greater efforts, and be more professional to excellently complete their tasks. Continue to innovate content, improve the quality of programs, promote investment efficiency and mobilize investment resources... The team of reporters and editors must have strong political will, enthusiasm, clear ethics, high professionalism and humanity; have the ability to absorb new science and technology in the field of radio and television. This is a prerequisite for many excellent radio and television programs and works that contribute more effectively to the economic development of the province.

Authorized by the President, comrade Phan Dinh Trac awarded the Third Class Independence Medal to the collective of cadres, reporters and employees of Nghe An Radio and Television Station.

On this occasion, comrade Tran Binh Minh - General Director of Vietnam Television gave an important speech and presented Nghe An Radio and Television Station with a banner bearing the words "Solidarity - Innovation - Development for the prosperity of the homeland" and awarded the Medal for the Cause of Radio and Television to 12 leaders of provinces, cities and towns who have made achievements in developing the Vietnam Television industry; Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee presented the banner "Voice of the Party, the Government and the trusted forum of the people"; Ministry of Information and Communications presented the banner bearing the words "Innovation, creativity, development"; Ministry of Information - Culture - Sports and Tourism of Laos presented Certificates of Merit to Nghe An Radio and Television Station and comrade Tran Duy Ngoan - Director, Editor-in-Chief for his many achievements in friendly cooperation and development over the past years. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented certificates of merit to 10 journalists who won Gold Medals at the recent Provincial Radio and Television Festival.
