Closing ceremony of Forensic Techniques training course
(Baonghean) - On the morning of November 25, in Cua Lo town, Nghe An Provincial Police coordinated with the Institute of Criminal Science, Ministry of Public Security to organize the closing ceremony of the crime scene investigation training course. Representatives of the Institute of Criminal Science, Nghe An Police attended.
The class included 85 students working on crime scene investigation from a number of professional units and urban district police, including 42 students from traffic police and 5 students working on criminal investigation in Military Region IV.

During the 1-month period, the trainees were taught basic knowledge of criminal technical skills by lecturers from the Institute of Criminal Science of the Ministry of Public Security and the Criminal Technical Department of the Provincial Police, such as investigating and examining crime scenes of criminal cases, examining traffic accident scenes, examining cases caused by fires and explosions, helping the investigation agency clarify the behavior, causes... to serve the criminal proceedings, and handle violations according to the law, the right person, the right crime. These are advanced criminal science knowledge about crime scene examination that are applied by a number of countries in the world and have high practical scientific value.
As a result of the training course, 30% achieved excellent results and 70% achieved fair results.
Colonel Ha Quoc Khanh - Deputy Director of the Institute of Criminal Science, Ministry of Public Security awarded certificates to the students and asked them to apply flexibility and creativity in their professional work.
