Nghe An organizes the 3rd Provincial Excellent Mediator Competition

(Baonghean) -This morning, November 21, the Department of Justice organized the 3rd “Excellent Mediators at the grassroots level” contest in the province. Attending the contest were comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of provincial departments, branches and sectors and a large number of mediators.

The competition has 19 teams from districts, cities and towns in the province selected from the grassroots mediator competition. The teams have to go through the following competitions: Greeting; handling situations; theory test and talent demonstration. The content focuses on learning knowledge related to the Civil Code, Criminal Law, Land Law, Law on Marriage and Family, Law on Gender Equality... through answering questions and handling and resolving situations given by the Organizing Committee.

The contest is an opportunity for mediators to meet, exchange, learn, and share experiences, contributing to improving legal knowledge and mediation skills at the grassroots level. At the same time, it is a propaganda campaign to improve legal knowledge and understanding and convey the law to all classes of people in the area, enhance solidarity in the community; create a habit of living and working according to the Constitution and the law; contribute to limiting petitions and complaints, preventing and limiting violations of the law, and maintaining social order and safety.
