(Baonghean.vn) With the efforts to overcome difficulties of a newly separated mountainous district, Nghia Dan has completed and exceeded the 2011 budget collection target assigned by the province. Becoming one of the districts that completed the budget collection early in the province.

Right from the beginning of the year, Nghia Dan district has closely coordinated with the tax department to focus on removing difficulties, creating an open environment for investors and businesses to easily operate in the area. Through many active measures such as propaganda and training for tax officials and people to master administrative procedures as well as rights and responsibilities in tax collection.

At the same time, the tax sector regularly organizes inspections to prevent revenue loss, focuses on collecting outstanding debts, completes tax records and documents, and urges businesses and business households to voluntarily declare and pay taxes in accordance with regulations. The household of Mr. Vo Van Hue in Cho hamlet, Nghia Hoi commune, Nghia Dan is a typical example of always being aware of paying taxes. Mr. Hue said: “My family has been in business for more than 20 years. Through the process of trading, the family realizes that paying taxes to the State is our obligation, and is a large source of income to serve the development of the country, so the family completes every month, pays in full, pays on time…”

With the efforts in the past year, the district has exceeded the budget revenue targets with the province's estimate for 2011 being 17 billion 300 million, the district has reached 35 billion, reaching more than 200% of the plan. Of which, land tax reached 16 billion, industry - trade - services reached 10 billion, registration tax reached 5 billion 300 million, personal income tax reached more than 400 million, these are taxes exceeding the district's targets. However, Nghia Dan district always determines that tax sources from industry - trade, services are sustainable sources of revenue, so there are always priority policies such as opening a one-stop office to facilitate procedures for the people. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hue - Head of Nghia Dan Tax Department, said: Every month, the unit evaluates and compares the proposed criteria to promptly reward and encourage, criticize individuals who have not done well, thereby motivating them to work very effectively".

Nghia Dan is still a poor district of the province, the number of enterprises located in the district is still relatively small, with nearly 70 enterprises. However, the results that Nghia Dan district has achieved in budget collection in 2011 will be the premise for the district to promote economic - cultural - social development in the coming time.
