Vinh City General Hospital: Putting CT.SCANER worth over 10 billion VND into use

(Baonghean) -This morning, November 7, Vinh City General Hospital held the inauguration ceremony of the CT.SCANER machine (6 sand slices) with a total investment of over 10 billion VND.

Attending the opening ceremony were Professor - Dr. Nguyen Duy Hue - Head of the Department of Diagnostic Imaging, Hanoi Medical University; leaders of Vinh City, leaders of the Department of Health, directors of hospitals in the province.

The CT.SCANER has an advanced configuration, can capture all the vessels of the kidney, liver, lungs, blood vessels, brain... (except coronary arteries). Putting the device into use contributes to accurate diagnosis, higher disease detection ability. Besides, it also creates conditions for doctors who have been trained in the field to perform advanced techniques; patients are served better.

The CT.SCANER installed at Vinh City Hospital is one of the most modern machines in the North Central region today.
