Having traveled extensively through the villages of Quy Hop, I was fortunate enough to meet many influential people in the community and noticed that they were particularly interested in the Party's policies, domestic and international affairs, good practices, and exemplary individuals... Every time I met him, after a firm handshake, Mr. Vi Van Tuyen (Choong village, Chau Ly commune) would always ask, "Did you bring the Nghe An newspaper?"
