The opinions expressed at the seminar reviewed the glorious tradition of the Border Guard force over the past half century; at the same time, presented good experiences in organizing activities of the Border Guard Traditional Liaison Committees of districts, cities and towns; proposed directions to remove difficulties in organizing activities to improve the effectiveness of the Liaison Committees.

On this occasion, the Provincial Border Guard Traditional Liaison Committee also held a preliminary review of the results of its activities over the past 10 years (2002-2012); at the same time, it approved the operating regulations and completed the personnel of the Liaison Committee to maintain more effective activities in the coming time.
