(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, March 16, under the chairmanship of Comrade Pham Van Tan - Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An held a conference to evaluate the work of law-making and law-making collaborators in the province.

In recent years, the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province has made many innovations in form and improved the quality of organizing the collection of opinions from agencies, organizations, experts, and law-making collaborators in the province to develop draft laws. Since the beginning of the 12th National Assembly term, the National Assembly Delegation of the province has organized 108 seminars to collect opinions and contributions to the development of 72 draft laws for the National Assembly to pass. The Delegation has established a team of 18 collaborators, structured in the fields of economics, culture, education, health, justice and a number of experts, lecturers at universities, and a number of law offices in the province.



The delegation also assigned National Assembly deputies with in-depth knowledge of the fields related to the draft laws submitted by the National Assembly at each session to directly express their opinions in the discussion groups and in the hall on contributing to the development of laws. With a sense of responsibility and constructiveness, the opinions of the delegation contributed to the completion of the draft documents of the law projects. In 2012, the provincial National Assembly delegation organized to collect opinions from experts and legal collaborators to contribute to 31 draft laws, of which 16 were passed and 15 were commented on.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Pham Van Tan affirmed: In order for the law-making work to continue to make important contributions to the law-making activities of the National Assembly, he hoped that legal collaborators would pay attention and demonstrate their responsibility to participate in contributing many practical opinions, contributing to improving the quality of law projects. At the same time, he would introduce to the Delegation competent officials and experts with deep expertise in each field to participate as legal collaborators. On the side of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation, it will issue regulations on the activities of legal collaborators and propose to the agencies and organizations where legal collaborators work to create conditions for these collaborators to actively participate with the Delegation.
