Attending the congress were representatives of the Northern Rubber Group, the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc, the Provincial Labor Federation and nearly 40 party members from the entire party committee.
Established in July 2007, with the function and task of implementing the project of planting and developing rubber trees in the province, Nghe An Rubber Investment and Development Joint Stock Company has overcome initial difficulties in organization and production activities to meet the requirements and assigned tasks. The Company's Party organization was also formed from the initial Party cell with only 3 Party members, and in November 2010, the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc decided to convert it into a Party Committee directly under the Party Committee of the Provincial Enterprise Bloc.

The Party Committee of the Company has identified the key political task as coordinating to accelerate the progress of compensation and site clearance for rubber plantation in Anh Son, Thanh Chuong and Que Phong districts. To effectively carry out the task, the Party Committee has directed functional departments and offices to closely coordinate with departments, branches and localities to carry out assigned tasks such as accelerating the progress of land clearance and land acquisition, planting new rubber trees in the spring crop, doing a good job of management, and putting production and business activities into order. Up to now, the Company has received nearly 2,100 hectares of land in Anh Son and Thanh Chuong districts, over 376 hectares of Yen Thanh Forestry Company and completed the reception of TDDTNXP7 to the Company. The Company has also carried out land reclamation work on over 600 hectares and organized the planting of 256 hectares of new rubber trees in the spring crop.
Regarding party building, the Company's Party Committee always attaches importance to political and ideological education and well implements the party's living regime. The Congress approved the tasks for the 2012-2015 term, which is for the Company's leaders to continue to focus on directing land acquisition and clearance work in districts in the project area; reclaim and plant 6,000 to 7,000 hectares of rubber trees. Focus on taking good care of and protecting the existing planted forest area in conjunction with the forestry land allocation work. Ensure jobs and income for workers. Organize study and develop action programs to implement the Party's resolutions. Improve the level of political theory for cadres and party members and strictly implement the party's living regime, do a good job of self-criticism and criticism within the party.
The Congress elected the Company's Party Executive Committee for the 2012-2015 term. On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee awarded the 30-year Party membership badge to comrade Trinh Xuan Sanh - former Deputy Director of the Company.
