Non-public universities (NCL) are allowed to collect their own tuition fees. Therefore, each school has its own tuition fee, some high, some low depending on the conditions and training major of each school. This year, still due to inflation, many schools have slightly increased their tuition fees.

Thang Long University - HanoiTuition fees for Accounting, Finance - Banking, Business Administration, Hospital Management, Public Health, Social Work, Vietnamese Studies are 18 million VND/year. Tuition fees for Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Communications and Computer Networks, Management Information Systems, English Language, Japanese Language, Chinese Language are 18.5 million VND/year. Nursing is 18.5 million VND/year. Thus, the school's tuition fees for the next school year will increase by 2 million VND/year compared to the 2011 school year.
Phuong Dong Private UniversityThe first year tuition fee for the 2012-2013 school year is from 6.75 to 8.25 million VND/year (depending on the major). In the following years, each year will increase by about 10% compared to the previous school year (collected according to the number of actual credits). This tuition fee has increased very little (only 100 thousand VND/year) compared to 2011.
Hanoi University of Business and TechnologyTuition is 9 million VND/year (in 2011 it was 8.4 million VND).

Thus, the school increased both tuition for university (6 million VND/school year 2011-2012) and college (5.5 million VND/school year 2011-2012).

Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance:The average tuition fee for the 2012-2013 school year is 7.4 million VND/month, not including English tuition. This tuition fee increases by no more than 5%/semester.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology:Tuition for the first year, from 12,000,000 VND to 15,000,000 VND depending on the major (divided into 2 installments).
Quang Trung UniversityTuition fee: University: 6.5 million VND/year; College: 6.0 million VND/year
Hong Bang International University:Estimated tuition fees(stable throughout the course).University: average 12,980,000 VND/year, except for the following majors: Architecture; Nursing, Medical Engineering: 15,980,000 VND/year. College: 11,780,000 VND/year.
