(Baonghean.vn) –At 11:30 AM on April 27th, along the streets of Quy Hop town, numerous high-voltage streetlights on both sides were still brightly lit!

A local resident commented: "The high-voltage streetlights were on all night last night until noon today. While the electricity sector is campaigning and encouraging people to save electricity, many places are still experiencing rolling power outages, yet here an entire row of high-voltage lights is on in the middle of a summer afternoon! What a waste of state funds."
