Deputy Minister of Finance Nguyen Cong Nghiep works in Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, June 15, the Central Working Group led by Comrade Nguyen Cong Nghiep - Deputy Minister of Finance had a working session with the Provincial Party Committee to inspect and urge the summary of Resolution 5 of the Central Committee (9th term) on continuing to innovate, develop and improve the efficiency of the collective economy. Receiving and working with the Group, on the provincial side, there were members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee: Le Xuan Dai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Tran Cong Duong - Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; representatives of provincial departments and branches.

At the working session, on behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Le Xuan Dai reported to the delegation on the implementation status and results of the implementation of the Central Resolution 5 (term IX) on "Continuing to innovate, develop and improve the efficiency of the collective economy". In which, he affirmed that the Central Resolution 5 (term IX) on the collective economy has been seriously implemented by the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee. The Provincial Party Committee issued Resolutions and action programs for implementation, including specialized resolutions on mechanisms and policies for the development of the collective economy, small-scale industry, construction and craft villages. The Nghe An Provincial Party Committee also directed the Provincial People's Committee, branches, districts, cities and towns to specify many policies, plans and projects to deploy and implement the Central Resolution 5 (term IX) on the development of the collective economy.

Thanks to the leadership, direction and active coordination of all levels and sectors, up to now, the province has 2,635 cooperative groups and 830 cooperatives. The activities of these collective economic units have made many important contributions to the economy and ensuring social security.At the meeting, provincial leaders and some sectors also raised a number of issues arising around state management of cooperation; the issue of borrowing capital for collective economic types; preferential policies such as investment in infrastructure construction, vocational training for workers, and production of new products.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Cong Nghiep requested the province to objectively and accurately evaluate and summarize Resolution No. 5 of the Central Committee (Term IX) of the Party Central Committee, draw lessons to continue to develop the collective economy quickly and effectively in the coming time.
