In the recent HKPĐ, Luong was selected for the city team to participate in the HKPĐ at the district cluster and provincial levels.
Participating in the National HKPĐ Region III, Luong was trusted by Coach Vo Van Ty to be the team captain, playing in the midfielder position. In the two qualifying matches, Luong made a miracle with 10 goals, bringing the home team to the semi-finals. In the match to win the ticket to the final this morning, Luong continued to shine with 2 goals, helping Nghe An Primary School equalize the score with Quang Tri team.
