Strengthening state management in granting construction permits and managing construction order

In recent times, the work of granting construction permits and managing construction order in the province has received attention from all levels and sectors, contributing to ensuring order and discipline in construction and landscape architecture space. From 2011 to now, all levels and functional sectors have granted 2,250 construction permits with a total floor area of nearly 598,000 m2 , in which the Department of Construction issued over 200 licenses, Vinh City issued nearly 1,500 licenses, Cua Lo Town issued 105 licenses...
Also during the past time, the functional sectors have inspected, detected and handled 424 cases of violations, of which 155 cases were illegal construction, 269 cases were construction without a license, 84 cases were forced to demolish, and nearly 200 cases were administratively fined. In reality, it is seen that in the field of construction licensing and construction order management, there are still shortcomings and inadequacies, the situation of illegal construction and unlicensed construction is still happening and tends to increase.
To effectively carry out the work of granting construction permits and managing construction order, in the coming time, all levels and localities need to focus on propaganda to raise awareness of people and state management officials in complying with the law on construction. Strengthen, rectify and enhance the inspection and handling role of construction inspectors and urban inspectors, resolutely and promptly handle violations; speed up the issuance of land use right certificates; it is necessary to further improve current regulations in the direction of administrative reform to publicize and make transparent related administrative procedures, and at the same time strengthen coordination between levels and sectors in licensing and construction management.
