Comrade Tran Hong Chau works with the Standing Committee of Nghia Dan District Party Committee

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of June 5, in Nghia Dan district, comrade Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council worked with the Standing Committee of Nghia Dan District Party Committee on party building work in the first 5 months of the year and the dissemination and implementation of the Resolution of the 4th Conference of the Party Central Committee (11th tenure).

Comrade Tran Hong Chau gave a speech at the meeting.

In the first 5 months of 2012, the Standing Committee of Nghia Dan District Party Committee has organized and directed the implementation of the dissemination and propaganda of the Party's policies and resolutions in a timely and extensive manner among cadres, party members and the people. The grassroots party organizations have admitted 84 outstanding people into the Party and officially recognized 76 comrades as Party members. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has developed and issued an inspection and supervision program according to regulations, ensuring the progress, content and requirements set forth; organized criteria and selected the model of "Skilled Mass Mobilization in 2012" for social organizations and unions at the commune and town levels.

By May 16, 2012, all grassroots party organizations (48/48) had completed the dissemination and implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (Term XI) for cadres and party members. The number of cadres and party members participating in studying the Resolution reached over 90%. In addition, up to now, 20/25 communes and towns have organized conferences to disseminate Resolution 4 of the Central Committee to members of the Front Committee and members of the Executive Committees of commune-level mass organizations.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Tran Hong Chau acknowledged the positive development of the socio-economy, maintaining stability of security, order and social safety in the general difficult conditions of the economy and the specific difficulties of a newly separated district like Nghia Dan. Comrade Tran Hong Chau noted:The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee needs to strengthen propaganda work, strengthen inspection and supervision work; disseminate widely in grassroots organizations; promote and diversify propaganda work; raise awareness and responsibility of party members; prepare well for the next stage in implementing the policy.implementing Central Resolution 4 (term XI).
