The delegation was welcomed by Goodwill Ambassador – Musician Nguyen Cuong and the vintage car club at Xuan Mai town – the border between Hoa Binh and Hanoi. After that, the whole delegation headed to the city center.

At exactly 9 o'clock, the blue shirts solemnly lined up in front of President Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum to attend the performance report ceremony. Here, the delegation had a summary assessment of the activities, work efficiency as well as the limitations and solutions of this year's cross-country program.

The delegation then visited Uncle Ho's stilt house, the residence and workplace of President Ho Chi Minh.
