Sparkling Night of Gratitude to Martyrs at Vietnam-Laos Cemetery

At 7:00 p.m. on July 26, at the Vietnam-Laos Martyrs Cemetery (Anh Son District), a candle lighting ceremony was held to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs. Comrades: Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Nguyen Thi Ha - Secretary of the Central Youth Union; representatives of the Military Region 4 Command, representatives of provincial departments, branches, and sectors, and a large number of leaders and people of Anh Son District attended.

(Baonghean.vn) –At 7:00 p.m. on July 26, at the Vietnam-Laos Martyrs Cemetery (Anh Son District), a candle lighting ceremony was held to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs. Comrades: Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Nguyen Thi Ha - Secretary of the Central Youth Union; representatives of the Military Region 4 Command, representatives of provincial departments, branches, and sectors, and a large number of leaders and people of Anh Son District attended.

At exactly 7:30 p.m., nearly 11,000 candles were lit by the youth, teenagers, and women of Anh Son district on all the graves to the sound of solemn music. This was followed by a memorial service and a sacrificial ceremony held at the Memorial to the sound of military music calling the souls of the fallen soldiers.The ceremony was solemnly held with candle lighting, incense offering, flower offering and offerings. Comrade Pham Tien Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism read the eulogy. The ceremony was conducted in a solemn ritual. The mass organizations of the province and Anh Son district took turns offering offerings, offering flowers and incense to all the graves.

After the ceremony was the art program "Cultivating Vietnam-Laos Friendship" performed by the Nghe An Ethnic Song and Dance Troupe.
