Speaking at the conference, comrade Thai Van Hang emphasized: The process of reviewing the collective and each comrade of the Party Committee Standing Committee requires us to truly promote democracy, objectivity, comprehensiveness, openness, and help each other progress. Each comrade of the Party Committee Standing Committee must promote responsibility, seriously review the advantages, shortcomings, and limitations to review in an objective and open-minded manner. The content of the review needs to stick to the three urgent contents of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th term) "Some urgent issues on Party building at present"; stick to the comments of collectives and individuals. This review is different from the periodic and term reviews. The review requirements must be scientific, specific, not cursory, formal, perfunctory, not taking advantage of the review to speak ill, exaggerate shortcomings, and lower each other's reputation, but to remind each other to progress together, learn from experience to create comprehensive changes after the review. During the review process, any discovered violations that have not been clarified must be assigned to the Inspection Committee for specific verification.
