In this year's university entrance exam, Hanoi University of Science and Technology has over 14,200 candidates taking the exam, with a higher average score than in 2011. The expected benchmark score for engineering and economics majors is from 18 to 21.5 points; the expected benchmark score for the major of English for science, engineering and technology (English coefficient 2) is 26 points, an increase of 3 points compared to 2011.
