(Baonghean.vn) -Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2332/QD-UBND.VX promulgating the 2012-2013 school year schedule for preschool education, general education and continuing education.

Accordingly: The first day of school will be August 15, 2012, except for preschool education on August 22, 2012; the first day of the new school year is September 5, 2012. Semester 1 starts on August 22, 2012 and ends on January 6, 2013, except for preschool education on August 27, 2012; Semester 2 starts on January 7, 2013 and ends on May 24, 2013; the school year ends before May 31, 2013.

Provincial excellent student exam for grade 12 before December 31, 2012, provincial excellent student exam for grade 9 before March 23, 2013; enrollment for grade 10 for the 2013-2014 school year completed before July 31, 2013;

Lunar New Year holiday is at least 07 days (from 07/02 to 13/02/2013). Holidays and Tet holidays in the year are implemented according to the provisions of the Labor Law. If a holiday or Tet holiday falls on a weekend, the employee will be compensated with a day off on the next working day.
