Currently, the country has 55 cultural and artistic training institutions and most of these institutions have at least one or more majors in training traditional theater. In the past 5 years, the institutions have trained hundreds of actors, musicians, directors and managers. The scale and training fields of the institutions are increasingly expanding, with a richer range of research topics applied in study and practice, gradually meeting the increasing demand for staff working in the cultural and artistic fields of the country, especially in the field of traditional theater.
However, many shortcomings have also been revealed in the training process: teaching staff, training programs, training methods and teaching and learning facilities, leading to the quality of training and scientific research of students not really meeting the requirements in the current situation.
At the conference, the presentations evaluated the quality of training and use of human resources in the field of Traditional Theatre in a comprehensive and comprehensive manner, and proposed effective solutions to innovate and improve the quality of training and use of human resources in the field of Traditional Theatre, in order to preserve and develop the progressive Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity.
