Cluster III meeting on implementing Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure) and Directive 03 of the Politburo
On the afternoon of November 22, in Quynh Luu district, comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee chaired a meeting of Cluster III on inspecting the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure) on "Some urgent issues on Party building at present"; Directive 03-CT/TW of the Politburo on continuing to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's moral example (phase 2, 2012) and Party work in 2012.
(Baonghean.vn) -On the afternoon of November 22, in Quynh Luu district, comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee chaired a meeting of Cluster III on inspecting the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure) on "Some urgent issues on Party building at present"; Directive 03-CT/TW of the Politburo on continuing to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's moral example (phase 2, 2012) and Party work in 2012.
Attending the meeting were relevant Committees and 7 localities: Hung Nguyen, Nghi Loc, Dien Chau, Yen Thanh, Quynh Luu, Vinh City and Cua Lo Town.

At the meeting, leaders of localities in cluster III reported on the results of implementing the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (11th tenure) on "Some urgent issues in Party building at present". Accordingly, all Standing Committees of District, City and Town Party Committees have carried out careful preparations, reviewed the collective and individual work to ensure compliance with the Provincial Party Committee's outline. Immediately after the review, the above localities also identified the tasks that need to be done immediately.
Regarding the implementation of Directive 03-CT/TW of the Politburo on continuing to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's moral example (phase 2, 2012), grassroots Party organizations have developed and promulgated ethical standards with clear, concise and practical content; social organizations have many practical and specific actions. Therefore, implementing Directive 03, there have been many models and typical examples that have spread in life such as: Dien Chau District Farmers' Association directed the construction of a model for developing ships with a capacity of over 90CV in Dien Bich commune...
Concluding the meeting, comrade Nguyen Huu Lam acknowledged the preparation of content that meets the requirements for the meetings of the localities. Regarding Directive 03, the localities have studied, developed action programs, and organized serious inspections, thereby creating positive changes in cadres, party members and people; building many typical models and examples in life. However, some places are still confused in registering to follow, replicating typical examples is still limited, the propaganda is not strong... Regarding the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XI), in general, the organization of study and dissemination in localities is serious, in accordance with regulations, and the contents have been selected to be done immediately after the review. In addition, some places have implemented comments slowly, the explanations are unclear, not close, the content of the tasks that need to be done immediately in some places is not close...
