Provincial Party Committee of War Veterans Association: Review according to Central Resolution 4 (Term XI)

(Baonghean.vn) -This morning (October 31), the Party Delegation of the Provincial Veterans Association held a collective review conference in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure) "Some urgent issues on Party building at present". Attending and directing the conference were comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

Based on the content of the Central Resolution 4 and the Directive and plan of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Veterans Association Party Delegation has focused on reviewing closely the contents of: Political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, implementation of regulations on what party members are not allowed to do; Building a team of leaders and managers at all levels; Implementing the principles of democratic centralism, collective leadership, assigning individuals in charge, clearly defining the authority and responsibility of the head in relation to the Party Delegation collective, agencies and units, and innovating the leadership and direction methods of the Party Delegation.

With the spirit of clarifying the collective's responsibilities and shortcomings, the Party Delegation of the Provincial Veterans Association has seriously assessed the advantages and disadvantages; thereby proposing solutions to overcome shortcomings and limitations, creating more solidarity and high consensus in performing the task of participating in building and protecting the Party, government, socialist regime, protecting the people, and maintaining socio-political stability in the province.
