Hanoi delegation ranked first in the 2012 Shooting Championship
The 48th National Shooting Championship - 2012 ended on the afternoon of November 28 at the shooting range of the National Sports Training Center in Hanoi.

With 18 gold medals, 19 silver medals, and 15 bronze medals, the Hanoi team topped the rankings of this year's tournament.
This is a completely worthy result for the host team Hanoi - the delegation participating in the tournament with a strong force of 45 athletes (15 women, 30 men), with high professional qualifications, equally strong in both men's and women's categories, and was the delegation in second place in 2011.
With the same number of gold medals as the host team, but three silver medals less and only winning 7 bronze medals, the Army team had to accept second place in the tournament.
Following the Army shooters is the Hai Duong shooting team with 6 gold medals, 9 silver medals and 10 bronze medals.
Taking place from November 21-28 at the shooting range of the National Sports Training Center in Hanoi, the 48th National Shooting Championship is the largest domestic tournament of 2012 for Vietnamese shooting.
The tournament is an opportunity for shooters to compete, improve their professional skills, and prepare for domestic and international tournaments.
The tournament is also an opportunity for experts to examine and evaluate youth training and education in localities, thereby selecting outstanding faces to add to the national teams.
The tournament gathered 187 athletes and 26 coaches from 12 units with shooting traditions nationwide: Hai Phong, Army, Ho Chi Minh City, Thanh Hoa, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh, Vinh Phuc, Ministry of Public Security, Da Nang, Dong Nai, Youth Team and host team Hanoi.
The shooters competed in two individual and team categories, including 14 categories for men and 10 categories for women, including rapid-fire pistol, men's optional pistol, sport pistol, women's air pistol, flying disc shooting; sport rifle; air rifle; three-position rifle./.
