Fishermen return fishing gear salvaged at sea worth 200 million VND

(Baonghean.vn) -On September 14, Quynh Phuong Border Guard Station (Station 144) announced that the unit had just returned fishing gear worth 200 million VND that fishermen had dropped while working at sea.

Previously, Mr. Hoang Cao Cuong (born in 1970, residing in Hong Thai hamlet, Quynh Phuong commune, Quynh Luu) went to Quynh Phuong Border Guard Station to hand over 34 fishing nets (worth about 200 million VND) that he had salvaged while at sea and asked the unit to notify the local authorities so that anyone who lost them would know.

Upon receiving information, Mr. Bui Van Thang (born in 1972, residing in Hai Trieu commune, Hai Hau district, Nam Dinh) and 2 other people came to claim the above nets. The unit verified that the above nets belonged to Mr. Thang and proceeded with the procedures to hand them over to the person who lost them.
