Due to the influence of a cold front, from tonight onwards, the eastern part of Northern Vietnam will experience rain, showers, and thunderstorms in some areas; the northern and central provinces of Central Vietnam will have rain, with some areas experiencing moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms from tomorrow morning (December 11th); northeasterly winds inland will be strong at level 3, and level 4-5 in coastal areas; in the Gulf of Tonkin, from early tomorrow morning, northeasterly winds will strengthen to level 6, gusting to level 7-8. The sea will be rough; in the northern part of the East Sea, northeasterly winds will be strong at level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9. The sea will be rough.
