Provincial leaders congratulate Vietnamese Teachers' Day in Nam Dan

(Baonghean.vn) -On the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20, this morning (November 16), comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, along with representatives of the Department of Education and Training, the Provincial Youth Union, and Nam Dan district, came to congratulate the staff and teachers of Dang Chanh Ky Secondary School and Van Dien Kindergarten.

Dang Chanh Ky Secondary School is the first school named after the Secretary of the District Party Committee of Nam Dan. Although it has only been established for 5 years, it has a spacious infrastructure and the quality of teaching and learning is always the best in the district. In the 2011-2012 school year, the school had 24 students who achieved provincial-level excellent students, including 6 students who won second prizes, 10 students who won third prizes, 103 students who achieved district-level excellent students, the quality of the high school entrance exam was ranked 4th out of 463 schools in the province, and was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Ministry of Education and Training and the Provincial People's Committee.

Van Dien Kindergarten is a school that does a good job of socializing education in mobilizing sponsors to build facilities, purchase equipment for teaching and playing for children; the movement to build national standard schools is supported by all levels and sectors, creating a green - clean - beautiful - safe environment for children. The school currently has 14 classes with a total of 510 children, the rate of mobilizing 5-year-old children to go to school is 100%, the quality of education and life skills training for children is 95% good and excellent; the teaching staff has 91% above standard.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son acknowledged the achievements that the teachers of Dang Chanh Ky Secondary School and Van Dien Kindergarten have achieved in the past time, and encouraged the teachers and students of the schools to continue to strive for higher achievements in teaching, learning and emulation movements for good teaching and good learning.
