At the meeting, after listening to the National Assembly deputies report on the results of the 4th session of the 13th National Assembly and the implementation of the tasks of the National Assembly deputies in 2012, there were 12 opinions with 28 issues that voters recommended and proposed, namely: The situation of reclaiming farm land assigned to projects is not reasonable; attention should be paid to investing in the transportation system for people in remote communes to avoid isolation during the rainy and flood season; mechanisms and policies for investing in building school facilities have not met the requirements of universalizing general education. The quality of works such as offices, medical stations, roads, and electricity networks is degraded, administrative procedures are still cumbersome, causing inconvenience to the people; attention should be paid to the allowance regime for village and commune-level cadres; and policies on gender equality. In particular, voters recommended clarifying economic groups, projects, and ineffective hydropower works that affect the environment and socio-economy.

After listening to the recommendations and aspirations of the voters of Nghia Hong commune, Mr. Tran Van Hang acknowledged the voters' thoughts, aspirations, frank and responsible contributions to the National Assembly. At the same time, he directly explained a number of related issues under the authority and function of supervising the implementation of socio-economic issues of the National Assembly. At the same time, he requested the authorities of Nghia Hong commune as well as Nghia Dan district to have solutions to solve the people as soon as possible.
