Expanding the administrative boundaries of Do Luong Town
(Baonghean) -On the morning of October 21, the People's Council of Do Luong district held the 7th session - an extraordinary session on adjusting the administrative boundaries of Trang Son, Dong Son, Da Son and Luu Son communes to expand the administrative boundaries of Do Luong town.
The delegates discussed, contributed opinions and unanimously passed a resolution to adjust 9 hamlets of 4 communes of Luu Son, Trang Son, Dong Son and Da Son, with an area of 238.19 hectares of natural land, 1,910 households, 6,958 people into the administrative boundary of the expanded Do Luong Town, including: Dien Tien Hamlet and part of Dien Hong Hamlet of Luu Son Commune; Hamlets 11, 12 and 13 of Trang Son Commune; Hamlets 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Dong Son Commune; Hamlets 11 and 12 of Da Son Commune. After adjusting the planning, the administrative boundary of the expanded Do Luong Town is 469.19 hectares of natural land, 4,001 households and 15,763 people.
