Dien Chau District People's Committee handles citizen's complaints!

(Baonghean) - Received a transfer slip from Nghe An Newspaper regarding the petition of Mr. Chu Ngoc Quang and Mr. Ho Trong Xan, permanent residents of Hamlet 8, Dien Truong Commune, Dien Chau District, regarding 2 contents: Inspection conclusions still pending in Dien Truong Commune and accusations of corrupt officials. After checking, on October 12, 2012, Dien Chau District People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 784/UBND.TTr of Dien Chau District People's Committee to Nghe An Newspaper as follows:

Regarding the remaining contents in the Inspection Conclusions: On January 9, 2012, the Standing Committee of Dien Chau District Party Committee issued Decision No. 310-QD/HU to establish an inspection team to review the post-inspection in Dien Truong commune. On July 12, 2012, the inspection team advised the Standing Committee to issue Notice No. 321-TB/HU on the conclusion of the post-inspection review in Dien Truong commune. The conclusion notice clearly identified the remaining contents that had not been handled in Dien Truong commune and the Standing Committee of Dien Chau District Party Committee assigned the District People's Committee to handle some of those remaining contents.

Implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, on October 2, 2012, the Chairman of the District People's Committee issued Decision No. 2574/QD-UBND to establish an inspection team to inspect the implementation of the Inspection Conclusions that have come into legal effect in Dien Truong commune and propose a solution. Currently, the inspection team is performing its duties according to regulations. When there is an official conclusion, it will specifically notify citizens and departments and branches.

Regarding the settlement of citizens' complaints: Regarding this content, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Chau district requested Mr. Chu Ngoc Quang and Ho Trong Xan to make separate complaints, clearly stating who they are denouncing, what actions they are denouncing, along with specific evidence for consideration and settlement.
