Continuing the 4th session, on the morning of November 21, the National Assembly continued working in the Hall, passing a Resolution on taking a vote of confidence, a vote of no confidence for people holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly and People's Councils; and discussing the draft Law on Natural Disaster Prevention, Avoidance and Mitigation.

The drafting of the National Assembly Resolution on taking a vote of confidence and voting for confidence in people holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly or People's Council aims to enhance the effectiveness of supervision, ensuring that the National Assembly or People's Council better fulfills the responsibilities of state power agencies and people's representative bodies on behalf of the people to supervise people holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly or People's Council in the performance of assigned duties and tasks.

Previously, on November 20, with a majority of votes in favor, the National Assembly voted to pass 6 draft laws in the morning, including: Law on Publishing (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Lawyers; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Tax Administration; Law on National Reserves; Law on Cooperatives (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Electricity.

These Laws come into force from July 1, 2013./.
