Europa League results: 6 teams have qualified

Up to this point, 6 teams have won tickets to the Europa League knockout round: Inter and Rubin Kazan (Group H), Lyon (Group I), Bayer Leverkusen, Metalist Kharkiv (Group K), Hannover (Group L).

In the match that took place early this morning, defending champion Atletico Madrid unexpectedly suffered its first defeat in the Europa League this season when it lost 0-2 to Academica Coimbra in the fourth match of Group B.

This defeat prevented Atletico Madrid from extending their winning streak to 16, but that did not greatly affect the Spanish representative's ticket to the next round.

Along with Atletico, Europa League runner-up Athletic Bilbao continued to disappoint, losing 2-3 to Lyon. This defeat caused Bilbao to drop to the bottom of Group I with 1 point after 4 matches. Lyon maintained a perfect record after 4 matches and had already qualified from the previous round.

In contrast to the image of Spanish football, the teams from Germany had an impressive day. Stuttgart, Bayer Leverkusen and Hannover all won while Borussia M'Gladbach also earned a 2-2 draw at Olympique Marseille. After this round of matches, Bayer Leverkusen and Hannover have won tickets to the next round.

Meanwhile, the Italian representatives played quite impressively. Except for Udinese, who lost 2-3 to Young Boy Bern, other teams such as Inter, Lazio and Napoli all won.
