Closing Conference to disseminate and implement Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (Session XI)

(Baonghean.vn) -Today, January 17, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held the closing conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 6th Conference of the 11th Party Central Committee.

Attending the conference were comrades: Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of provincial departments, branches, districts, cities, towns and affiliated Party Committees.

The conference listened to comrade Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee report on Resolution No. 19/NQTW dated October 31, 2012 of the Central Committee on continuing to innovate land law policies in the period of comprehensively promoting the innovation process, creating a foundation for our country to basically become a modern industrialized country by 2020. The efficiency of land resource use has been basically improved, state management of land has been gradually strengthened; land policies and laws have been increasingly improved, land users' rights have been expanded and guaranteed by the State; the real estate market, including land use rights, has been formed and developed rapidly.

However, there are still many pressing issues such as wasteful and inefficient land use in many places; the situation of complaints, denunciations and disputes over land is still complicated; and state management of land still has many limitations. The 6th Conference of the 11th Party Central Committee also gave guidelines on the contents of the rights of land owners, obligations of land users, the purpose of continuing to innovate land law policies, and basic orientations on continuing to innovate and perfect land law policies.

Next, the conference listened to comrades in the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Steering Committee report on the study plan, implementation of the resolution of the 6th meeting of the 11th Central Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and announcement of the situation of protecting State secrets in 2012, and key orientations for 2013.

Comrade Tran Hong Chau delivered the closing speech of the conference.

In his closing speech at the conference, comrade Tran Hong Chau requested the delegates attending the conference to fully grasp the contents that the Provincial Party Committee's Reporters had disseminated. The implementation of studying and disseminating Resolution 6 of the Central Committee must be carried out seriously, scientifically, with sufficient documents, selecting qualified reporters who are knowledgeable about the fields they report on, and must follow the principle that the Party Committee Secretary is the person responsible for the content and quality of studying and disseminating the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee.

After this conference, district, city, town Party Committees and affiliated Party Committees need to actively disseminate the contents of the 6th Central Conference to cadres, Party members and people, create high unity within the Party and consensus in society, unite, strive, overcome difficulties and challenges, successfully implement the resolutions and conclusions of the 6th Central Conference, continue to effectively implement the 4th Central Resolution (11th tenure) on Party building, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress.
