At the 4th session, the National Assembly considered and passed 9 laws including: Law on National Reserves; Law on Cooperatives (amended); Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Lawyers; Law on Publishing (amended)... and 3 resolutions, including: Resolution on taking a vote of confidence, vote of no confidence for people holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly and People's Councils; Resolution on collecting public opinions on the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution; Resolution on continuing to pilot the Bailiff institution. The National Assembly also gave opinions on 6 draft laws including: Draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution; Land Law (amended)...

In Quynh Long commune, voters suggested reviewing the criteria for building new rural areas in coastal communes to suit the specific conditions of coastal localities. Voters in Quynh Thuan commune suggested investing in a clean salt production model in the locality while supporting crop varieties for farmers; improving the service capacity of clean water projects to serve the people in the commune. In addition, voters in Quynh Tho commune suggested having policies for part-time cadres in the commune and a support regime for the people's inspection board and public investment supervision.
