At the 4th session, the National Assembly considered and passed 9 laws including: Law on National Reserves; Law on Cooperatives (amended); Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Lawyers; Law on Publishing (amended)... and 3 resolutions, including: Resolution on taking a vote of confidence, vote of no confidence for people holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly and People's Councils; Resolution on collecting public opinions on the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution; Resolution on continuing to pilot the Bailiff institution. The National Assembly also gave opinions on 6 draft laws including: Draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution; Land Law (amended)...

In Quynh Long commune, voters suggested reviewing the criteria for building new rural areas in coastal communes to suit the specific conditions of coastal localities. Voters in Quynh Thuan commune suggested investing in a clean salt production model in the locality while supporting crop varieties for farmers; improving the service capacity of clean water projects to serve the people in the commune. In addition, voters in Quynh Tho commune suggested having policies for part-time cadres in the commune and a support regime for the people's inspection board and public investment supervision. In addition, voters suggested having policies to support loans for fishermen to build ships to go offshore.

In Quynh Phuong commune, after listening to National Assembly delegate Phan Van Quy report on the results of the 4th Session of the 13th National Assembly, voters of Quynh Phuong and Quynh Lap communes expressed their opinions on the rapid increase in gasoline prices while the price reduction is slow, very little, greatly affecting the lives of fishermen. Voters suggested that there should be a mechanism to adjust gasoline prices reasonably to reduce difficulties for fishermen. Issues on solving environmental pollution, policies for families of war invalids and martyrs, those with revolutionary contributions; giving priority and lending long-term capital to fishermen to have conditions to invest offshore... were also recommended and proposed by voters. In addition, regarding general issues of the country, voters hope that the implementation of asset declaration of officials and party members will be carried out resolutely and seriously to contribute to the fight against corruption; the amendment of the Land Law also needs to be built close to reality to minimize disputes and complaints about land...

In Yen Thanh district, voters of Hop Thanh commune hope that in the coming time, the State will need to have policies to make agricultural production more effective and improve the lives of farmers. Voters suggested strengthening social security work, improving the grassroots health system, and making it easier for people to buy and enjoy health insurance. In the process of building new rural areas, the State needs to guide localities in the implementation process to unify planning among localities. The National Assembly needs to have policies to limit the establishment of projects related to agricultural land, avoiding taking advantage of land appropriation...


Voters of Hop Thanh commune give their opinions

In Kim Thanh commune, voters suggested that there should be solutions to simplify procedures for granting Land Use Rights Certificates, especially for families with separated households. Issue specific mechanisms for community supervision of projects in the area so that people can widely exercise their supervisory rights. In addition, in the law-making work of the National Assembly, voters suggested that there should be extensive community consultation so that when laws are issued, they are closer to reality, and at the same time, it is necessary to promote the dissemination of laws to the people, especially newly issued laws. In addition, voters suggested that all levels create favorable conditions to support village and hamlet officials.
