In front of the temple is a small-leaf banyan tree hundreds of years old, its trunk is made of roots that go straight down into the ground, so big that 5-6 people cannot hug it. In front of the temple yard is a large-leaf banyan tree, with a large cluster of roots that hang tightly around the temple gate. Close to the back palace, there is a hundreds of years old bodhi tree, with a large, tall trunk, and branches and leaves that spread out to shade the temple.
