(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, March 25, the Party Committee - Military Command of Nghe An province held a conference to disseminate and implement the resolutions and conclusions of the 6th Conference of the Central Executive Committee (11th tenure); study the topic "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh"; disseminate the content of applying and developing information technology and ensuring information security and safety in the Army.

Attending the conference were representatives of the Propaganda Department - Political Department of Military Region 4, comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee, key officers of the Military Command of 20 districts and cities and all officers and staff of the Command.

The conference listened to comrades in the Party Committee of the Provincial Military Command thoroughly grasp and implement 2 Resolutions and 3 conclusions of the 6th Conference of the Central Executive Committee of the 11th Party Congress, including: Resolution on continuing to innovate land policies and laws in the period of comprehensively promoting the renovation process, creating a foundation for our country to become an industrialized country in the direction of modernization by 2020; Resolution on developing science and technology to serve the cause of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration. Conclusion on the Project "Fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration"; Conclusion on the Project "Continuing to arrange, innovate and improve the efficiency of state-owned enterprises"; Conclusion on the socio-economic, financial and state budget situation in 2012; Socio-economic development, finance and budget plan for 2013.
