New Spring of the Party

(Baonghean) - The mysterious moment of the universe has come, the earth and the sky and the human heart seem to join in the rhythm to welcome the majestic and sacred moment of transition. The gloomy Winter has receded behind us along with many things stored and carried. The door to the new Spring of Quy Ty (2013) opens with a warm and harmonious space, full of countless pure buds stretching out to peel off messages of love and hope. From remote villages to coastal residential areas, from the midland plains connecting cities, islands, borders... everywhere is bustling with colors and sounds, giving rise to a new image of Nghe An, joyfully blending in the spring of the country and people.

This New Year, our Party turns 83 years old (February 13, 1930 - February 3, 2013). That is 83 years since the Party led our people to regain the country, build the country, and restore the pride of "children of Lac Hong" in every Vietnamese heart. Born in the Spring. That is also a signal to affirm that our Party is always ready to innovate, worthy of being a true revolutionary Party. The implementation of the Central Resolution 4 (11th tenure): "Some urgent issues on Party building at present" can be considered a great "cleansing" for our Party to continue to innovate strongly and drastically. Making our Party truly worthy of the trust and love as the vanguard of the working class, working people and the Vietnamese nation.

Following the Party, over the years, the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An have constantly strived to be worthy of the heroic Soviet homeland tradition, worthy of being the homeland of beloved President Ho Chi Minh. Nghe An people, no matter where they work or live, have always tirelessly affirmed their intellectual qualities, talents and aspirations to contribute. The year of Nham Thin (2012) ended with the successful organization of many events that created a good impression of a Nghe An with a strong determination to innovate and integrate such as: Nghe An Folk Song Festival, preparing a dossier to submit to UNESCO to recognize Nghe An Folk Songs as intangible heritage of humanity; Meeting with Nghe generals working in Nghe An; Meeting with intellectuals and artists from Nghe An who have won noble awards from the Party and the State... These are activities to concretize the promotion of internal values, create connections between Nghe An people inside and outside the province, mobilize and promote all resources, join hands to create new breakthroughs, new momentum for Nghe An to develop commensurate with its traditions and potential.

The new spring is overflowing, the spring energy is spreading across the sacred land, accumulated and deposited by the evergreen and abundant Lam River. In the solemn and sacred incense, the sound of the old song resounds, conveying the determination and earnest wishes: "When will the Lam River dry up, just like the revolutionary spirit of our people"...
