Thinning hair, hair loss or baldness are the worries of many women. However, there are very simple ways to stimulate hair to help hair grow faster.

Let's take a look at some ways to stimulate hair growth using foods and essential oils available to you!

Lemon juice and eggs

Crack an egg into a bowl and beat it. Then add a teaspoon of lemon juice and mix well. Apply the mixture to your hair gently and leave it for 30 minutes. Finally, wash your hair thoroughly with warm water.

Doing this regularly every week will help you get the long hair you want.

Lavender essential oil

Lavender essential oil has been proven to be effective in promoting hair growth. Use a few drops of lavender essential oil diluted in a bowl of warm water and apply it to the scalp to massage to increase blood circulation and stimulate hair growth. Do this 2-3 times a week to help hair grow faster and stronger.

Jojoba essential oil

Dilute a few drops of jojoba oil with warm water and then dip a cotton ball in this mixture and apply it to the scalp and gently massage to increase blood circulation. Do this twice a week for very good results.

Coconut oil

One reason coconut oil is different from other similar oils like sunflower oil is its ability to penetrate hair better and prevent the breakdown of protein molecules - a cause of hair loss and split ends.

Dip your hairbrush (make sure it is clean) into the coconut oil, then gently brush it through your hair. Next, tie or wrap your hair neatly, but do not tighten it too much as it will damage your hair. You can cover your hair with a towel or shower cap so that the oil can be absorbed into your hair more easily. After an hour, wash your hair with shampoo as usual. Regularly applying this method, about once a week, will help your hair to be moisturized and nourished from deep within the roots, stimulating hair to grow faster and more.
