Nghe An Pedagogical College opens new school year 2012-2013

On this occasion, authorized by the President and the Prime Minister, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong awarded the Third Class Labor Medal to 2 individuals and the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to 3 individuals; The Council of Inter-Zone IV Pedagogical School (the predecessor of Nghe An Pedagogical College) awarded 7 gifts to poor students who have overcome difficulties.
