(Baonghean.vn) -The hailstorm and tornado that occurred on the evening of March 30, 2013 in Luu Kien commune (Tuong Duong) has been over for 4 days, but the severe consequences have not yet been overcome. In Bung village, dozens of houses were damaged and have not yet been repaired.
