April 26, 2013 10:28

The Ministry of Education and Training has just sent a document to the directors of universities, academies, institutes, colleges, vocational schools and Departments of Education and Training, requesting units to promote the application of IT, conduct electronic transactions and use electronic documents, gradually replacing paper documents in educational and training institutions.

The documents published and posted by the Ministry of Education and Training on the Ministry's electronic information page are documents that comply with the provisions of the law on electronic document transactions and have the same legal value as the original document. The Ministry of Education and Training requires units to daily access the Ministry's information page, address www.moet.gov.vn, and access the unit's email box to promptly receive information, update legal documents and directives and management documents of the Ministry's agencies.

The Ministry of Education and Training also clearly states that legal documents of the State related to education and issued by the Ministry of Education and Training are only announced and posted on the Ministry's electronic information page.

Administrative documents issued by the Ministry of Education and Training are not only posted on this page but also sent to the email addresses of educational institutions.

Any unit that does not have an email address in the @moet.gov.vn system should contact the Department of Information Technology (Ministry of Education and Training) for instructions and to set up an email box in the system. Registration for setting up and opening an email box account of educational and training institutions sent to the Department of Information Technology can be in paper or electronic documents via the mailbox.[email protected]or[email protected].
