Launching the Center for Application of Science and Technology on Fire Prevention and Rescue of Nghe An Provincial Police

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of December 4, in Vinh City, Nghe An Provincial Police held a launching ceremony for the Center for Application of Science and Technology on Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue (PCCC&CNCH). Attending the ceremony were Colonel Lu Van Tuong - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, along with representatives of the Provincial Police departments, and enterprises operating in fire prevention and fighting in Nghe An province and neighboring provinces.

At the ceremony, Colonel Lu Van Tuong emphasized the purpose of the Center's activities according to the functions and tasks prescribed by the Ministry of Public Security: Research and application of new advances in science and technology in fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue; inspection of fire prevention and fighting equipment according to regulations; maintenance of fire prevention and fighting systems; consulting, supervising, designing and constructing fire prevention and fighting systems; providing specialized goods and materials for fire prevention and fighting and rescue...

This is the 6th Fire Prevention and Fighting Science Center of the entire Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Force. The establishment of the Center for Application of Science and Technology on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue of Nghe An Provincial Police will contribute to professionalizing activities in the field of investment and construction on fire prevention and fighting in Nghe An province. This is an event marking an important development step in the research and application of new science and technology for fire prevention and fighting of Nghe An Provincial Police in particular and the fire prevention and fighting force in general.
