Treat digestive diseases with honey

I live in the Central Highlands, where there is a lot of honey. Please tell me what are the health benefits of honey and how to use it effectively.

Uses of honey:

At the mouth: Thanks to its natural antiseptic properties, people often use honey to clean the mouth and tongue of children or even adults when they have mouth and tongue inflammation, which causes pain when eating and drinking, especially when exposed to sour foods.

In the stomach: Honey both stimulates digestion and helps regulate stomach acid. When taken away from meals, honey can help reduce the higher than normal acidity of people with gastritis or stomach ulcers... On the contrary, if taken close to meals, honey increases acidity, which is beneficial for people with poor appetite and less hunger.

In the colon: According to a recent study by the University of Michigan, honey contains some fermentable carbohydrates, most notably oligosaccharides. This unique component makes honey effective in increasing the activity and survival of Bifidus bacteria in milk and fermented dairy products. Bifidus bacteria are an important component of the group of bacteria present in the digestive tract of healthy people. Bifidus bacteria are often destroyed when people take antibiotics to treat sore throats, diarrhea... and are prone to digestive disorders.
