Thai Hoa Town: Training on professional skills for Party committee office work.
(Baonghean.vn) -On May 16th, the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee Office, in coordination with the Town's Political Training Center, organized a training course on Party committee office work for 72 comrades, including deputy secretaries of grassroots Party committees and office staff from 49 grassroots Party organizations.
The class exchanged and discussed difficult issues at the grassroots level.
Over the course of one day, the trainees were briefed on fundamental topics related to the professional work of Party committee offices, including: the position, role, and functions of office work in grassroots Party organizations; techniques for editing and drafting Party documents; the use of the Party's internal information network; and document management and archiving. The class also allocated time for trainees to express their opinions, discuss, and clarify any difficulties and challenges they faced at the grassroots level.
The training aims to equip Party committee office staff with knowledge, skills, and professional expertise, thereby improving the quality of advisory services and contributing to building clean and strong grassroots Party organizations.
