Green tea is a popular plant in our country. Tea buds are used to make tea, older leaves are boiled to make a drink called "green tea".

Green tea has many wonderful uses such as preventing cancer, losing weight, prolonging life, treating acne and eczema, beautifying, improving memory... Green tea can even treat asthma, a disease that is difficult to cure with any medicine.

To treat asthma, buy 100g of fresh tea leaves and a yeast each day, 5-6cm in diameter. First, wash the tea leaves, then crumple them slightly, put them in a teapot and add boiling water. Then pour out the water, either to wash the tea with hot water or to let the tea leaves cook until they are half-cooked. Then, crush the yeast and put it in a teapot, mix it with the tea leaves and boiling water, leave it for 24 hours and then use it. Drink it once before going to bed and once before midnight, when people with asthma often have an attack.

If you drink it regularly, you will feel light, not suffocated, and asthma will not appear. In addition, green tea mixed with yeast also helps with bowel movements, regular bowel movements, avoiding constipation and getting a good night's sleep.
