Nghe An rises to 3rd place in Vietnam ICT Index

(Baonghean.vn) -According to the 2012 Vietnam Information Technology Development and Application Readiness Index report just announced by the Vietnam Information Technology Association, Nghe An has risen to the 3rd position in the country, just behind Da Nang (1st position) and Ho Chi Minh City (2nd position).

In 2010, Nghe An ranked 10th and in 2011 it was 4th. Thus, for the past 3 years, Nghe An has continuously made strong progress on the ITC Index rankings, while Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City have continuously maintained the top 2 positions, while Hanoi has dropped from 3rd place in 2010 to 7th place in 2011 and in 2012 to 10th place. Ha Tinh has also made a very strong progress, jumping from 18th place in 2011 to 5th place in 2012.
