Consultation and election of a new Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union

*-9onghean.vn)On the morning of April 6th, the Vietnam Youth Union Committee of Nghe An province held a consultative meeting to appoint additional members to the Committee, the Secretariat, and the positions of President and Vice President of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, 4th term, 2010-2015. Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, was in attendance.

At the conference, delegates proceeded with the nomination and consultation process to elect six additional members to the Secretariat of the Association, sixteen members to the Committee of the Association, and two Vice Presidents. Comrade Pham Ngoc Canh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and Head of the Provincial Youth Solidarity and Mobilization Committee, was elected by delegates through consultation to serve as President of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union for the fourth term, 2010-2015, replacing Comrade Kha Van Tam, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and President of the Provincial Youth Union, who transferred to another position.

Following the restructuring, the Vietnam Youth Union of Nghe An province, 4th term, currently has 47 members on its committee.



The provincial youth union leaders presented gifts to the comrades who have reached maturity as members of the provincial Youth Union Executive Committee.

Speaking at the conference, the provincial youth union leader expressed his hope that this would be a united and cohesive team with strong character, intelligence, morality, and prestige, representing the will, aspirations, and wisdom of young people, leading to the successful implementation of the Youth Union's work program and youth movement.
